Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock but are available for advance purchase. This ensures you secure your desired size and style before it sells out upon official release.

IMMEDIATE PAYMENT: Please note that for all pre-order items, payment is collected at the time of checkout, not when the item ships. This secures your reservation in our production queue.

Shipping Timelines

The estimated shipping date is prominently displayed on the specific product page. While we make every effort to meet these dates, production schedules can occasionally fluctuate. If a delay exceeding 30 days from the original date occurs, we will notify you via email, and you will have the option to maintain your order or request a full refund.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both In-Stock and Pre-Order items, Divino Seas will ship the in-stock items immediately. Your pre-order items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Modifications & Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before you receive a shipping confirmation email. Once the order has been processed for shipping, our standard Return Policy applies.
