Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. However, rates and delivery times for international orders may vary depending on your Country.
If I place an order today, when will my order be shipped out?
It generally takes between 1-3 working days for us to package and ship out our customers order.
Do any of your swimsuit tops have padding?
It varies on the style, most of our swimsuit tops do not include padding. our bandeau top "cielo" includes padding which is built into the top and non-removable.
Should I size up or size down if my size lies between two?
We highly recommend that you size up- some of our bikinis have a Brazilian cut, so please consult with the size chart before ordering. if you need to exchange or return an item that doesn’t fit you, you can do so through ourReturn Policypage.
How do I know which is my correct size?
All sizes are provided in the size chart tab, so be sure to check your measurements before ordering. also, take note that some of our bikinis have a Brazilian cut; they look exactly as you see them in the pictures.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on the service you select.
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing. Expedited shipments are not availbable for weekend delivery. Transit time: Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.
When will my order ship?
Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
Orders placed after 12 pm are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 2 - 3 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend.
Delivery dates are based on average transit time. Due to high order volumes, shipping delays may occur.
Am I able to cancel my order?
We will try our best to accommodate order cancellations but cannot guarantee.
Please note that window to cancel is small, as we do our best to ship orders quickly.
How do I start my return?
US customers can start a return here: Return Policy
International orders are final sale and non returnable.
Simply submit your return request with the link provided and you will receive a shipping label via email. Then, use that shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you can expect to receive a refund or exchange notification to your email within 5-10 business days.
Once my order is placed, can I ask for assistance to make changes?
We will try our best to accommodate the changes you request. However we cannot guarantee as we try our best to have all orders confirmed as soon as possible, if your order is confirmed and shipped out no changes can be made.
