Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. All international orders are sent via reliable express or standard couriers with tracking. Customs and duties may apply depending on your location.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates vary by region and are calculated at checkout. Orders over a set threshold may qualify for free domestic shipping—please check our banner for current promotions.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, expedited options are available at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- International: 5–14 business days (varies by destination)

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original
condition, with hygiene liners and tags intact.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you’d like to exchange your item for another size or style, please reach out within 15 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are processed once your return is received and approved.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please use our portal in the return center of our website, at the footer at the bottom, you can also contact us at info@divinoseas.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the next steps.
Are return shipping costs covered?
At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item arrived damaged or incorrectly.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Some banks may take longer to reflect the funds.
Order Issues & Address Changes
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it is processed quickly. If you need to make a change, email or DM us within 1 hour of purchase—we will do our best to assist you, but changes are not
guaranteed.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please email info@divinoseas.com immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. If it has already shipped, we recommend contacting the courier directly.
My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it—what do I do?
Please confirm the shipping address and check with your building concierge or neighbors. If the package still isn’t found, contact our support team at info@divinoseas.com so we can assist.
Product Questions
Do your bikinis run true to size?
We recommend reviewing our size guide on each product page, as sizing for certain styles can be different. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort. For personalized fit help, reach out to our team.
Are your items sustainable or handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handmade in Guatemala in limited quantities, using thoughtful production practices and high-quality materials. We are proud to support female artisans and ethical craftsmanship.
Can I preorder items?
Preorder items will be clearly marked and shipped on or before the estimated ship date listed on the product page.
International Customers
Do you ship to my country?
We offer worldwide shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at
info@divinoseas.com —we may be able to accommodate.
Do I have to pay customs or duties?
Depending on your location, customs fees or import duties may apply. These fees are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return international orders?
No, international returns are not accepted. Return shipping and duties are the responsibility of the customer if the item was received in error.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We produce in limited quantities. Restocks are depending on popularity, but if an item returns, we notify our email subscribers first—sign up to stay in the loop.
