General Shipping Information

All orders are delivered and tracked via USPS. Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing, after which you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Divino Seas is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages while in transit or confirmed as delivered to the address provided. We recommend waiting 8 to 14 days before assuming a package is lost. If you have official documentation from the courier confirming the loss or theft, please submit it to us, and we will arrange a replacement.

Duties and Taxes

Orders ship directly from Miami. Import duties and taxes vary by country. We provide an estimated calculator at checkout to collect these fees upfront. Note that all orders may be subject to additional taxes issued by the destination country beyond our control.

Eligibility Requirements

Returns or exchanges must be requested and shipped back within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
• Hygiene liners and Divino Seas tags must remain attached.
• Products must be free of makeup, fake tan, deodorant stains, or scents.
• A non-voidable $10.00 flat fee applies to all return processes.

International Returns

International orders are eligible for store credit only. We do not provide refunds or physical exchanges for international shipments. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and associated expenses.

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Promo Codes & Adjustments

Promo codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. Refunds for items bought with a first-time user code are permitted, but most other promotional codes render the item non-refundable.
